Return Policy:

We will accept returns for exchange or a refund as long as the following conditions are met:

- You request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing info@satsua.com within 7 days of receipt of your order with the reason for return.
- We receive the return package within 15 days of receipt of your merchandise
- The returned items are unwashed, unworn, and have unmarked tags still attached as received

Notes: We’re sorry but shipping charges for your order cannot be refunded and return shipping is at your expense. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipping vendor that allows you to track your package. Sale items are returnable in accordance with the above conditions. A return address will be provided with the Return Authorization (RA).
